Detergent, cleaning product and surfactant
Detergent and maintenance products are composed of soaps or others, with surfactant properties.
A surfactant is a water-soluble molecule having the property of dissolving two immiscible phases and therefore allowing more efficient cleaning.
There are different families of surfactants differentiated by their chemical property: anionic, cationic, nonionic or even amphoteric.
Some of them are toxic to the environment, or present hormonal disruptors, so it is important to assess and study their presence in order to confirm the safety and quality of each product containing surfactants.
