IRTF compliance check

One of the key stages in the manufacture of a product is that of conformity control .
That is to say, is the composition of my product that expected? Does this conform to the information I have on its composition?
Polymex offers in particular a conformity check by IRTF analysis , making it possible, for example, to confirm the nature of the polymer matrix of your products.

This spectral analysis makes it possible to determine the nature of the covalent bonds present in the sample, each of them being characterized by one or more bands on the IR spectrum.

One of the quality controls carried out by Polymex concerns granules purchased by a processor. The company that acquires these granules wishes to ensure that they have the stated composition.
The Polymex team therefore carries out an IRTF analysis of these granules, thus obtaining a spectrum which will be compared to the spectrum of reference granules in order to obtain a percentage of correlation .

Thanks to this quality control, our customer is certain that the composition of his granules corresponds to the initial composition given by the manufacturer.
